Old Town, Maine: We invite a confident Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the medical staff of a thriving community health center just 10 minutes north of Bangor, Maine’s third largest city. This progressive practice is managed by the state’s largest FQHC / community health center system, with 1000 employees – including over 200 clinical providers – across 17 practice sites and service locations. Help fulfill their mission of providing comprehensive, high-quality care to all, regardless of life circumstance.

CONFIDENT NEW GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. This is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Join a respected 25+ member clinical team in this popular multispecialty practice that provides dental care, chiropractic services, podiatry, physical therapy, mental health care and more to some 10,000 area residents. This modern facility has fully integrated electronic medical records, and an on-site lab, imaging, and pharmacy.

Become part of the growing outpatient primary care team. You will see and treat scheduled patients of all ages, developing your own patient panel over time. You will have an interesting, challenging and rewarding practice in a supportive and collaborative setting. You will have your choice of a 4 or 5 day/week schedule (40 hours).

You will earn a guaranteed salary (with regularly scheduled increases) along with benefits including paid relocation assistance, paid federal liability insurance, health and dental insurance, generous paid time off, a budget for your CME – and assistance with your medical education debt.
