Description: Our client is currently seeking a AIM Nurse Practitioner

Our client in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join their team. This role focuses on Advanced Illness Management (AIM) and palliative care, providing individualized treatment plans with excellent clinical skills and ethical judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with physicians and palliative care team members

- Provide diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care

- Prescribe medications and interpret diagnostic tests

- Communicate effectively with the medical team

- Document patient care in medical records

Qualifications:

- Master's in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner certification

- Minimum 2 years of NP experience, preferably in Family or Adult Medicine

- Experience in Value Based Care and Part B billing

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of Palliative Medicine principles and Medicare/Medicaid regulations
