Position Description
Title: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Northeastern United States (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time, Wed - Saturday, 4 x 10 - 8am - 6pm or 7am-5pm
Compensation
Pay Range: $133000K-$190000K
Description
Join a membership-based preventive health care practice offering primary and specialty care from home.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide proactive, precision-based care for members and their families.
Focus on optimizing lifespan and healthspan through meticulous screening and tailored interventions.
Work alongside a dedicated Chief Medical Officer and specialists in various fields.
Engage with top experts for rapid consults, support, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnose health conditions.
Provide primary and specialty care services, including prescribing medications and implementing interventions.
Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
Perform clinical skills such as phlebotomy, IV insertion, and EKG.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Adhere to ethical principles and professional standards of practice.
Qualifications
Current License required as Nurse Practitioner for Pediatrics in the Northeastern United States.
2 years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
BLS certification from a recognized organization.
Experience with procedures such as vaccination, phlebotomy, and intravenous line placement.
Adaptability to gain training in various point of care testing modalities.
