Position Description
Title: Adult Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: Northeastern United States (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time | Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm
Compensation
Pay Range: $112000K-160000K
Description
Join a primary care practice in the Northeastern United States.
Manage patient encounters autonomously and provide comprehensive care to diverse populations.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve community health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct physical exams and record medical histories.
Develop individualized care plans.
Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic tests.
Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Collaborate with physician colleagues for improved outcomes.
Maintain medical equipment in compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
2 years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine.
Proficiency in diagnostic testing and chronic disease management.
Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and cultural competency.
Active New York State NP license.
Board Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
