Position Description
A large health system in South Jersey is currently seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Provider for a great opportunity with their Orthopedic Foot & Ankle team at one of their outpatient locations.
About the Opportunity:
- Specialty: Orthopedic Foot & Ankle
- Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours; no nights or weekends unless on call
- Call: 6 days/month but will be paid for call
- Patient Population: Adults
Responsibilities:
The Orthopedic Foot & Ankle NP / PA will be responsible for:
- Assist the Orthopedic Surgeon in clinic and surgical settings
- Conduct patient evaluations, follow ups, and pre/post-operative care
- Perform and document physical exams and medical histories
- Coordinate care with medical and surgical teams
- Performing other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- New Jersey Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
