Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) Urogynecology Practice, Sussex County, DE New

ChristianaCare is currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team to support new growth in Sussex County, DE while also serving an established patient base. This position is 100% subspecialty work in Urogynecology with no general gynecology or primary care. We are offering the opportunity to work independently at a satellite location, supported by a collaborative team and robust infrastructure.

About the Practice

ChristianaCare’s Center for Urogynecology and Pelvic Surgery is a high-volume, well-established outpatient practice with a long-standing history of excellence in the community. The practice is staffed by three experienced surgeons, two experienced advanced practice providers, and three continence nurses, offering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate and manage patients with pelvic floor disorders including:
   - Urinary incontinence
   - Pelvic organ prolapse
   - Overactive bladder
   - Fecal incontinence
   - Recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs)
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Assess patients for potential surgical referral and coordinate with the surgical team as needed

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Delaware
• Certification in a relevant specialty area (e.g., Women’s Health, Family Medicine)
• Prescriptive authority and DEA registration (or eligibility)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Urogynecology, Women’s Health, or Urology
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a patient panel

Annual Compensation Range $111,278.00 - $140,485.00

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
