Delaware Senate Bill 101

Just a reminder/notice that

Senate Bill 101 will be going to committee on June 3rd at 2:00pm at Legislative Hall. This is the bill that would eliminate the collaborative agreement for APNs with the exception of new APNs. They would be required to have a collaborative agreement for 2 years. 

Please help get nurses advocating for the bill by

contacting their legislators. Remind them when contacting the legislators to include the bill number in the subject line and to be succinct and to the point about their support. Also, the more bodies we have at the committee meeting, the better!
